

Betty Caldwell is an author and healer/educator with a private practice in Columbia, Maryland. She has successfully treated a wide variety of clients, including those who are experiencing life transitions, dealing with stress, receiving chemotherapy, suffering from low self-esteem or trauma, and those who are looking for greater personal insight to lead a more integrated life. As a holistic therapist, she works with the tools of psychological insight, complementary medicine, energy healing and healing consciousness.
Her career history includes directing international health education in the Peace Corps in West Africa, staffing the White House Task Force on Women, and serving as national Vice President of an organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Her work has been recognized nationally in such publications as the Resource Guide for Complementary Practitioners for Cancer Survivors and Their Caregivers and Healing Outside the Margins.
One outgrowth of Betty’s work and her love of working with children is that she also serves as the Founder and Director of Stressless Tests, teaching Self Awareness and Study Skills to students and adults.
