I will be presenting a series of new events throughout the year to bring
kindred spirits together. Each gathering will have a unique focus and
will provide an opportunity for fun, awareness, and meeting old and new friends.
Open to the community.
The Art of Seeing
“Being an artist doesn’t mean you can draw; being an artist means you
can see.”
-Designer April Cornell
The first of the Enlighten Up! Series. Come with your love of nature,
your digital camera or note pad, and your desire for new experiences.
With a few simple exercises, you will experience the natural world more
vibrantly, as though seeing it for the first time. We will spend time
together and in nature, recording our fresh sensations, simply through
sensing, writing, or photography, and then sharing them with others.
Open to all who are interested. No artistic ability needed!

All participants in one on one Healing Sessions are encouraged to
participate in this workshop series as part of their healing process as
well as those who want to learn more about this profound understanding
of reality. Combining brief presentations and group exercises, workshops
provide a simple and powerful key to the profound teachings of
Integrated Kabbalistic Healing. Participants learn a new perspective for
self-understanding and healing that transcends traditional psychological
insight. Gatherings take place in an atmosphere of kindness and
compassion, and provide an opportunity to meet with like-minded
individuals.
Classes include such topics as Developing an Agile Ego, The Tree of Life
and Our Paths to Wholeness, Transcending our Personal History, Knowing
Where We Are: States of Being, and Discovering our Invisible Inner
Narratives for the Sake of Awakening.

Stressless Tests® courses are dedicated to helping High School and
Middle School students flourish by learning how they learn and how best
to study. In addition to techniques for effective organization, note
taking, test taking, etc. each student learns about his or her
individual challenges (whether focusing, boredom, over-preparation,
procrastination, or others) and how to overcome them. The program helps
students develop personal and study skills that bring added
self-confidence, self-knowledge, and higher performance levels in the
classroom. Previous students give the course glowing reviews and report
higher grades and more focus. Classes are held year round.
New classes include Study Skills for Middle School Parents.
